Divorce counseling generally applies to helping individuals or couples with the ending of a marriage or significant relationship.

I am experienced in heping people work through the ending of a relationship. My perspective is based on counseling many individuals and research that I have conducted with over 100 individuals experiencing divorce.

Divorce Counseling may be helpful for:
  • Individuals experiencing divorce or the ending of a significant relationship.
  • Individuals who have experienced divorce or the ending of a significant relationship.
  • Your partner wants a divorce and you do not
  • Individuals who may be contemplating the ending of a marriage or significant relationship
  • Couples who want assistance in improving communication, decreasing conflict, mediation, or in addressing co-parenting issues

The "Rebuilding Blocks" show some of the issues that might be addressed in Divorce Counseling.

If interested, after completing a questionnaire, I can provide your personalized Divorce Adjustment Scale Profile and use it to describe your current status and the likely process to help improve your adjustment. At some time in the future, you may complete the same questionnaire again so that you can see your progress in divorce adjustment.

Profile Interpretation: The higher your score, the more you approach the values at the top of the profile graph. The lower your score, the more you approach the values at the bottom of the profile.
