Abdominal Breathing.mp3  This is an audio file that I recorded explaining how to use abdominal breathing for relaxation and to help reduce your anxiety.
 
Beach Imagery.mp3 This is an audio file that I recorded with a guided imagery and beach sounds in the background. I suggest that you prepare yourself before listening to the audio by relaxing in a comfortable position and doing a little abdominal breathing . This may be helpful for relaxation, as a sleep aid, and to reduce your anxiety.
